Our dream is to create the ideal restaurant that will grow and thrive into restaurants all over California. After months of meetings, our dream turned into a reality when the Lopez brothers joined forces, combining their 50 years’ of restaurant experience to create: La Pesca Blue.
Chef Sergio Lopez presently owns two other thriving restaurants. Chef Sergio has worked for several years at world-class restaurants in the Bay Area including: The Grill on the Alley Restaurant, Pasquale’s and Fiorillo’s Restaurant. Chef Sergio/Co-owner has more than 32 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
Chef Jaime Lopez/Co-owner has more than 27 years’ experience of fine dining including: The Silver Creek Country Club, 77 Bay Club Redwood City, Bay Club Redwood Shores and many others.
